Gingrich and Islam-bashing

it's only a couple of minutes long, but it is so frustrating to watch the Islam-bashing. i strongly believe it is our duty to give an informed, logical reply to all the points brought up by Gingrich. can we do a presentation at the mosque and invite everybody?? we should also have some brochures that we can give out whenever someone brings up any of these points. myth and fact.

Wow this man is a moron.

His main points were:

1. That Muslims don't speak out against terrorism. He must be unaware of a recent skynews article that says that according to polls, Muslims condemn violence more than all other religious groups combined. Furthermore, when is a Muslim allowed to speak in this country? When's the last time fox news allowed a knowledgeable Muslim on to defend Islam? Has that ever happened? Maybe they find some random unknown Muslim who barely speaks english and put him up against some anti-Islam guy who's been studying Islam for years, but why not knowledgeable Muslims? Muslims don't speak out? GIVE ME A BREAK. Muslims speak out, but no one listens or cares.

2. He says that Americans shouldn't tolerate Saudi Arabia not allowing Jews or Christians to practice in Saudi Arabia. Well, first of all, it's not America's business what another country does. This seems to be a lesson America insists on learning the hardway. When did America become the morality police for the world? What if Saudi Arabia took on that role and decided they shouldn't tolerate America distributing pornography all over the world and threatened to bomb us? Oh, how the tables of rhetoric would turn then! What an idiot! Furthermore, the reasons Jews and Christians don't practice in Saudi Arabia is BECAUSE THERE ARE NO JEWS OR CHRISTIANS IN SAUDI ARABIA AND HAVEN'T BEEN FOR CENTURIES. (unless you count the American military bases there, and those occupying Imperialists shouldn't be allowed to breathe much less practice their false religions.)

3. The notion that Ahmedinijad would use an atomic bomb is just building a (false) excuse for a pre-emptive war strike. All these neocon morons know that Ahmedinijad wants nukes for the same reason every other ignored country wants nukes... because it gives them power in the world, they can negotiate at the same plate as other nuclear countries... just look what having nuke's did for pakistan... their all buddy-buddy with America now. America's problem is it wants to keep treating Islamic countries and Islamic people like dogs, but if an Islamic country has nukes, it can't treat them like dogs, but must negotiate with them and treat them as equals. -And why shouldn't Ahmedinijad have nuke's? All of his enemies have nukes! Including Israel, and if you think Israel's nukes aren't pointing at Tehran right now whether Iran is nuclear or not, then you've lost touch with reality.

In other words, this man, like all people who don't understand the complexities of the world we live in today, is just another man who would gladly take America into a rollercoaster ride into hell, laughing like a madman, not knowing that it's his own ignorance which caused it. But as a smart man once said, this country (America) was founded by geniuses and is run by idiots.
